An early start as we head for the highlight of this tour. We shall head to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
It is the richest forest in Uganda in terms of number of plant species. Also home to half of the population of the critically endangered mountain Gorillas in the world and was gazetted in 1991.
We shall do briefing at the Park headquarters and then beginning the trekking expedition. The beauty of the forest is breathtaking with the steeply forested landscapes. Tracking these incredible primates varies according to the their movement. Once sighted you will be allowed an hour with them. Early breakfast and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park as we seek to see tree climbing lions at Ishasha plains. Later do an evening game drive as we see numerous mammals and possible sightings of nocturnal like leopards and hyenas. Dinner & overnight at Savannah Country resort

Breakfast and go to the park headquarters at 8:00am. Get the introduction from the park warden and join a group and begin your adventure to meet our closest relatives the “Chimpanzees”. You might come across some primates like Black and white Colobus, Grey cheeked Mangabeys, Birds, butterfly among others. Afterwards check in our accommodation. After an early breakfast game drive begins at 7:00 am across the Nile by ferry. The beauty of the Nile takes centre stage here. You will come across herds of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, waterbucks, lions, and several bird species. Have lunch and do a boat cruise, later take a hike to the top of the falls. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/Fort Murchison Lodge
After an early breakfast we will depart Murchison Falls National Park and head to Kidepo through the big town of Gulu, then we will have a lunch stop In Kitgum. After lunch proceed through the rocky areas of Gilgil and Karenga and finally arrive at Kidepo National Park by early evening. Check in to your accommodation. After breakfast, proceed for an early morning Game drive, which will take us 3 hrs, after which we will return to the Lodge for Lunch. After Lunch we will proceed to go and visit the community of this area. These communities are the tribes called the “ Karamajong Warriors” Famously known for their love of cattle. We will visit their “ Manyatta’’ and see their life style they are recognized by the engravings which are on the facial skin and are famous for their traditional dances. Dinner & overnight a Kidepo Savannah Lodge/Uganda Wildlife Authority Bandas
After breakfast we will leave Kidepo and head to visit the Rhinos of Ziwa. We will stop in Kitgum or Gulu for a lunch break after which we will arrive in Masindi and check in to our accommodation. Overnight at Amuka Safari lodge
After an early breakfast we will take the short drive and head the main offices of the Ziwa Rhinos ranch after which we will get a briefing on approaching the Rhinos at Ziwa. The guided short walk will lead you to the Rhinos, the experience and thrill of walking by the side of these animals in this impressive piece of wooded savanna, coming to take pictures from a few meters is an unforgettable experience. Have lunch and proceed to Kampala. Overnight at Cassia Lodge
