Early morning, breakfast with your packed lunch, you will report to the Park headquarters for registration

Then join other trackers in a briefing about the dos and the don’ts during your Gorilla Tracking at 7:45 am.

You will trek through thick creepers and undergrowth with your guides to find the Gorillas, which can take you half an hour to three quarters of the day.

The steeply forested landscape is incredibly dense but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists.

It is an extraordinary feeling being with these beautiful yet endangered Creatures.

After morning breakfast, we drive you back to Kigali Via Iby’wachu Village.

Iby’iwacu means treasure of our home and this village is a nonprofit project in Musanze next to volcanoes national park as it major aim is to give new life to the former Gorillas poachers.

This initiative helps to maintain the livelihood of the people by providing them with good facilities like water and education such that the generation after them can have a different future other than poaching;

Most people visit this place after their gorilla or chimpanzee trekking in Rwanda.

This place gives you an opportunity to meet the locals of the area and see the traditions of the Rwandan people.

There are so many activities that you can engage in with the local ladies and other activities have to be done with the guidance of the locals themselves.

And if you still have time, you can visit some craft shops and buy for yourself a souvenir.
